About Me

At JVW Impact, I believe every individual, team and organisation has the potential to thrive when they are supported, challenged and empowered to grow. I founded JVW Impact to bring together my experience as an executive coach, leadership specialist and certified civil, commercial and workplace mediator, with a genuine passion for developing people and building healthier, more effective workplaces. I have coached more than 100 professionals across the public, private and voluntary sectors, delivering 800+ hours of coaching. I also coach and mentor through the South East Leadership Academy, charities and private organisations.

 

JVW Impact empowers individuals, leaders and organisations to realise their potential through coaching, leadership development, mediation and DiSC behavioural insights. Built on extensive experience delivering successful workforce, wellbeing, retention, engagement and culture programmes across the NHS at regional and national levels. I provide practical, people-centred solutions that strengthen leadership, improve team effectiveness and creates high-performing, inclusive workplaces.
